Refund policy
At TheFinerFind, we curate premium A/V products and work with trusted distributors to deliver your order. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing. RETURNS All sales are final. Due to our distributor agreements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless the item arrives damaged or is confirmed defective upon delivery.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If any order arrives damaged, please take the following steps immediately: 1. Do not discard any packaging materials or boxes. 2. Photograph the damaged item and all packaging within 24 hours of delivery. 3. Contact us at Lifesyle@thefinerfind.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to file a damage claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If any item is defective upon arrival or fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. Contact information can be found on the manufacturer's website or included in your product documentation. We are happy to assist you navigate the warranty process if needed.
BUNDLE & MULTI-ITEM SHIPMENTS: Some orders ship in multiple packages from different locations or directly from the manufacturer. Delivery dates may vary per item. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
