Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1,000. Since all of our bundles are priced above this threshold, virtually every order qualifies for free shipping automatically.

Residential Delivery Surcharges

Free shipping applies to standard delivery. Orders shipping to residential addresses may be subject to additional freight surcharges assessed by the carrier based on delivery location, package size, and weight. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Freight Surcharges

Certain large, heavy, or bulky items may incur additional freight surcharges regardless of delivery address. This includes large displays, projector screens, and other oversized Pro AV equipment. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier schedules, and your location. Some orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping
